About Spiros Zorbalas

Spiros Zorbalas of Naples, Florida, is the chief executive officer and president of Alpha Omega Companies (AOC), a consortium of companies he founded in 1996. Over nearly three decades in this position, he has acquired, developed, and managed a diverse property portfolio that includes multifamily real estate, hotels, and other development projects in four markets in the United States. The company’s $700 million portfolio includes assets in Europe and Central and South America, with an emphasis on distressed property markets. Spiros Zorbalas previously served as founder and executive leader of the boutique management consulting firm Atlanta Consulting Group International, which provided cost reduction and business process improvement services to major clients such as ARCO and Shell Oil. Spiros Zorbalas attended Dartmouth College and the University of Minnesota. As an MBA student at the University of Minnesota, he was selected for the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society. He subsequently began his career as the director of Andersen Consulting, a position that involved the management of a seven-state business territory.
